Website Privacy Notice
Updated October 11, 2026. This notice describes information collected when you visit CloudJoe’s public website.
Website measurements
CloudJoe uses first-party usage measurements to understand website navigation, reliability, and performance. These include page views, link interactions, scrolling, time on the page, loading performance, browser language, time zone, screen size, and general connection type. These measurements are sent to CloudJoe, without third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
Public website interaction measurements do not collect form values or message content. Page destinations are limited to known CloudJoe pages or redacted categories; query strings, fragments, and secure sharing tokens are excluded.
Request information and cookies
CloudJoe also records information about website requests, including IP address, browser user agent, language, request time, page path, response status, and performance. Usage records may include the referring website and path, with query strings, fragments, and secure sharing tokens removed.
First-party cookies identify visits: cj_visitor contains a randomly generated visitor identifier and expires after one year; cj_visit identifies a visit and expires after 30 minutes, renewed with activity. These cookies are separate from account authentication. Requests made while signed in may be associated with your CloudJoe account.
Your browser preferences
The public website disables optional browser interaction and performance measurements when your browser sends Do Not Track or enables Global Privacy Control. Server request records and first-party visitor cookies continue to operate. You can also manage cookies and JavaScript through your browser settings. Cookie expiry does not determine how long previously collected usage records are retained.
